The Thrifted Photography Project
Photography is, and has been, a medium intertwined into our own understanding of memories and a rebellion against the aging process.
The collection of images I’ve been compiling for the Thrifted Photography Project are a cumulative effort from varied levels of understanding of artistic methodologies.
They stand as testament to the idea that photography at its core is for everyone, regardless of background, age, religion, race, and preference.
They stand as proof that people, without effort, can still embody perfection.
These images are collected from various sources such as thrift stores, online listings, donations, and estate sales. The original photographers are listed whenever possible, however not every image is able to be properly credited due to the nature of their discovery.
These images are accidental perfection, from lost memories.
